With nearly 25 years of experience, Jarrod Guy Randolph is a distinguished figure in real estate and business. His expertise in the high-stakes New York City market has seen him raise over $300 million in equity and facilitate deals totaling over $2 billion. Jarrod’s work with top institutions like Extell Development and Tishman Realty has earned him recognition as one of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 and The Real Deal’s Under 35 Rising Stars. His insights are regularly sought by major media outlets, including Schwab, Fox, and Cheddar, solidifying his reputation as a leading authority in real estate investment and development.

Beyond real estate, Jarrod is a seasoned entrepreneur with a portfolio spanning financial services, consumer products, and lifestyle businesses.

As the driving force behind BoxFi, he offers innovative financial solutions to small businesses nationwide. His ventures, such as Bespoke Global and Lion Exotics, demonstrate his strategic oversight and growth-oriented leadership. Sean McGinley

Sean McGinley has a decade of experience as a real estate broker and advisor. From investment sales to pre-development consulting, Mr. McGinley’s penchant for analytics coupled with his entrepreneurial background have allowed him to assist and partner with a diverse clientele.

Additional previous experience includes the position of Director of Research and Marketing Strategy for a leading boutique brokerage firm, as well as years of residential and commercial brokerage, consulting, and advisement. In these roles, he led international development reporting, pre-development sales and marketing strategy, as well as oversight of a $150 million portfolio of residential condominium assets.

Sean received a Bachelor in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Baruch College with a concentration in Real Estate, and he sits on the Executive Committee for NYRS (New York Residential Specialists) at The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
