Prior to founding WealthQuotient, Mr. Friedman Co-Founded Wealth-X, the world’s only global ultra affluent data and intelligence platform where he and his co-founder sold a majority stake to Insight Venture Partners ($8B NYC based private equity fund).
Prior to Wealth-X, Mr. Friedman spent several years as Managing Director at CB Richard Ellis advising global Fortune 500 companies on their location strategies as well as sovereign wealth funds in the Middle East, Asia and Latin America on real estate development projects related to economic growth strategies. His client portfolio included the Saudi Royal Family, Bahraini Government, Kuwait Finance House, the Malaysian Sovereign Wealth Fund, Jumeriah Capital and the Government of Puerto Rico.
Mr. Friedman started his career at Oxford Analytica, the world’s leading geopolitical analysis and declassified intelligence firm founded by his mentor Dr. David Young, former special assistant to Kissinger in the Nixon White House. Mr. Friedman also currently serves on their Advisory Board.
Mr. Friedman graduated magna cum laude from Wheaton College with a bachelors in Political Science and with a Masters Degree in Philosophical Theology and Ethics from Yale Divinity.
JANNEKE HOUSE
Janneke House manages a global family office for a high-profile family. She collaborates and communicates with leaders of industry, provides logistical and strategic solutions to complex challenges, while maintaining their numerous philanthropic endeavors, investments, and assets around the world. Janneke previously worked as Chief of Staff for a high-profile family in NFL sports where she was brought on as to drive organizational and cultural transformations while continuing to support the family in numerous companies in the entertainment, technology, legalized sports betting, motion picture, luxury hospitality, fashion, yachting, and aviation industries.

Prior to being Chief of Staff, Janneke was a Senior Advisor to former Presidential candidate and U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand where she oversaw the Senator’s economic development legislative agenda in New York State. Prior to joining the Senator’s office, she was a Director for the Kendall Square Association in Cambridge, MA, where she was responsible for engaging with global technology and biotech companies to further ensure the on-going vitality of one of the country’s most economically robust districts. Janneke has also pursued certain political ambitions during her career, running for City Council in both Salt Lake City, UT and Cambridge, MA. Janneke has a passion for not only helping the communities in which she lives by serving on various non-profit boards. She was the first graduate to receive a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Utah, where she also completed her undergraduate studies in Urban Planning. Janneke is a published author with her debut children’s book MOMMY MAYOR being released in early 2026. Janneke was born near Sundance, Utah, where she developed her love for the mountains. She now resides in New York City.

Ali’s career foundation was built on 27 years in executive management and sales leadership in New York, where she held senior roles at major global technology companies, including IBM, Salesforce, and Amazon. This experience honed her ability to drive complex sales strategies, lead international business development, and manage large-scale global initiatives. The relationships and global network she built during this time now directly benefit her real estate clients.
A passionate advocate for financial literacy, Ali frequently speaks to young women and professionals about real estate investing and first-time home buying. She also volunteers with local organizations, including Heart of the Hamptons. Ali resides in New York City and Sag Harbor with her husband and teenage son.

Christine Prydatko is the Founding Partner of Logic Families, a reimagined next-gen family office she co-leads with Chelsea Toler and Chris Fronda. She is also a founding partner of Simple Spirits, a fully sustainable spirits portfolio with an innovative social impact model. In addition, Christine serves as Co-Publisher and SVP of Business Development at James Lane Post, a media company and publication on the East End of Long Island, New York.

CONRAD FREDERICK GOMEZ
Conrad Frederick Gomez is a single family office leader commanding a powerful nexus of private, trusted wealth communities, transformative technology, and global capital markets.

Previously, Mr. Gomez served as CEO of Sky and Ray, the single family office of the Sikorsky family, whose distinguished lineage traces back to Igor Sikorsky, inventor of the world’s first successful helicopter, the Sikorsky R-4 — deployed by the U.S. military and allied forces during World War II and later adopted around the world. Sikorsky created a once unimaginable technology that transformed modern aviation forever. Under family principal Michael Sikorsky, a serial tech entrepreneur with three successful exits and an Apple Top 100 Developer with 11 Number One Apps in the App Store, Sky & Ray completed more than 200 investments globally across media, technology, private equity, venture capital, alternatives, and real estate.
Mr. Gomez also previously served as President of Copia Wealth Studios, an AI-native mobile wealth management operating system supporting more than 300 family offices and 1,100 registered investment advisors with over $700 billion in assets represented on the platform. Under his leadership as an owner-operator, Copia emerged as a leading financial services platform integrating advanced AI capabilities with institutional-grade private wealth infrastructure.
Previously, Mr. Gomez was Head of Strategy and Executive Director of Alpha Square Group (ASG), a $1.5 billion AUM family office investing in global ingenuity across public and private markets. ASG’s portfolio includes early and growth investments in Snapchat, Uber, DigitalOcean, Anthropic, Figma, OpenAI, Figure AI, CoreWeave, Lambda Labs, and Elon Musk’s xAI. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gomez was Chief Administrative Officer of Mark Edward Partners, an international risk management and advisory firm providing counsel to family offices and multinational corporations across 92 countries, headquartered on Park Avenue in New York City with additional offices in Palm Beach, Beverly Hills, and London.
Outside of the professional realms of finance and technology, Mr. Gomez has distinguished himself in both creative and competitive arenas. As a professional photographer, his campaigns for major global brands reached audiences of more than 105 million people, and in E-Sports he defeated the two-time reigning Evo World Champion of Tekken—the leading fighting game franchise of all time—in the Grand Finals of a major international tournament.
Mr. Gomez is actively mentored and personally trained in negotiation by his close friend Chris Voss, former FBI Chief International Hostage Negotiator, Harvard lecturer, and founder of The Black Swan Group. Mr. Gomez also serves as New York Chair of the Choate Rosemary Hall Alumni Executive Committee and as an Advisor and Industry Partner to the Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute. Chelsea serves as the President of her Family’s Foundation, The Family Foundation, focused on supporting sustainable philanthropy, next gen education, and intergenerational impact collaborations worldwide. Chelsea also serves as the Co-Founder for Logictry, focused on elevating experts and human reasoning in the era of AI. Jonice Gray is the Chair of the Consumer Financial Services practice at Paul Hastings . She is ranked Band One in Chambers for her work in Consumer Finance Enforcement and Investigations and is ranked in Consumer Finance Compliance, where she was described as a "whip smart, high-profile and experienced," attorney who is "very well connected in the regulatory world." Forbes has recognized Jonice as one of the top 250 lawyers in the US.

Jonice specializes in work with banks, non-bank financial institutions and other companies providing financial products and services. She works with many of the largest bank and non-bank financial institutions, fintechs, and retailers whose business operations include consumer and small business finance. Jonice’s work is focused on representing corporate and individual clients in high-stakes legal proceedings, including matters initiated by state and federal regulators, private civil litigation, congressional investigations, and internal investigations. Jonice also counsels clients on compliance with consumer protection laws and is considered one of the nation’s experts in Fair and Responsible Lending. Jonice is a past chair of the ABA’s Banking Law Committee, sits on the Banking Advisory Board of Law360, the Banking Law Executive Council for the Federal Bar Association, and the Board of Regents for the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers. ALEJANDRO DABDOUB
Alejandro Dabdoub is a real estate entrepreneur, investor, author, and business leader with more than two decades of experience spanning multifamily development, mixed-use real estate, hospitality, finance, and strategic investments across the United States and Mexico.
He is Partner at AOG Living, formerly Allied Orion Group, a vertically integrated real estate platform specializing in the development, construction, and management of multifamily communities throughout the United States. Since joining the partnership in 2012, Alejandro has contributed to the firm’s expansion into a nationally recognized operator with thousands of residential units under development and management. His work focuses on long-term value creation, strategic partnerships, capital structuring, and disciplined execution across major U.S. markets.

In parallel, Alejandro is Partner at FOINVERSION, a Mexico-based real estate development firm focused on large-scale mixed-use and commercial projects. The firm’s portfolio includes Sania, an approximately one-million-square-foot mixed-use development, Ahuehuetes, a major commercial project, and the FM1 Fund, which supported the development of approximately 800 condominium units across Puebla and Guanajuato.
